Certain bottles of ibuprofen and acetaminophen sold under the Walgreens and Kroger brands have been recalled due to packaging that is not child-safe.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CSPC) issued announcements that Aurorahealth LLC recalled both the Kroger and Walgreens brands of acetaminophen in June. Children who swallow the over-the-counter medications risk poisoning.
