Jenn’s Story
When arthritis robbed her of the ability to walk, Jenn adapted. She can’t run a marathon, but she can ride a bike. In fact, Jen rides hundreds of miles each year to find a cure for arthritis.
Jenn Ramsey was diagnosed with polyarticular juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (JRA) at just 13 months old. The disease took its toll on her body and damage to her ankles prevents her from walking or standing for more than 30 minutes at a time.
Jenn wasn’t going give up on being active. In fact, she’s completed the California Coast Classic bike tour 13 times and can ride a hundred miles in a day. The annual bike tour raises funds to research a cure and provide life-changing support and resources to people with arthritis.
