7.5 to 30 mg in a single weekly dose.

Potential Side Effects
Abdominal discomfort; chills; dizziness; fever; general feeling of illness; hair loss; headache; increased sun sensitivity; itching; liver problems; low blood counts; mouth sores; nausea; rash; shortness of breath; yeast infections.
Special Instructions
Avoid aspirin and other salicylates.
Drink plenty of fluids while taking this medication.
Your doctor may prescribe folic acid to reduce side effects.
Minimize exposure to sunlight and wear sunscreen.
Be Aware
Your doctor should order periodic blood and urine tests to check for unwanted effects. Before taking any DMARD, tell your doctor if you are planning to become pregnant.
Tell your doctor immediately if you have a dry cough, fever or difficulty breathing, as these symptoms may be associated with serious medication side effects.
