Donor Advised Fund
What is a Donor Advised Fund?
A donor-advised fund (DAF) is a type of giving program allowing you to combine the most favorable tax benefits with the flexibility to easily support the Arthritis Foundation. Your financial advisor can help you learn how to set up a DAF.
Put your donor-advised fund to work.
Put your donor-advised fund to work with grants to the Arthritis Foundation. With your generous support, you are helping change the future of arthritis. The Arthritis Foundation provides tools and resources that make living with arthritis easier. We also fund arthritis research and engage in advocacy to break down barriers to accessing quality health care. We’re in the business of changing lives and instilling hope – and a sense of home – for the 54 million Americans who battle this disease.
You can select monthly grants, one-time grants, annual grants or add the Arthritis Foundation as a beneficiary of your fund.
If you currently have a donor-advised fund through Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, or BNY Mellon Charitable, you may use DAFDirect. Otherwise, select your financial institution below and log into your account to request a grant. If your donor-advised fund is not listed below, contact your financial advisor or fund manager to recommend a grant for the Arthritis Foundation.
Mail donor-advised fund grants with your donor intent to:
Arthritis Foundation
1355 Peachtree St. NE
Suite 600
Atlanta, GA 30309

You can also name the Arthritis Foundation as the beneficiary of your fund to ensure that your support of the Foundation continues. You can make the Foundation the beneficiary of all or a portion on your fund. In addition, you can leave instructions for your fund’s successor advisor to make grants to the Arthritis Foundation long after you are gone.
Please use the following legal name and tax identification:
